When an account is validated and termianted you must first insure that all of your content is removed from our systems. Our systems will process your account termination and remove all content, Email, and accounts from our servers. This process cannot be reversed and we will not restore content from backups once the service is terminated.
If the domain was registered by LightHouse Hosting it is the responsibility of the domain owner of record to move the domain from our registry. LIGHTHOUSE HOSTING WILL NOT MANAGE DNS FOR DOMAINS THAT ARE HOSTED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. We will also not renew any domain once a valid user account is closed. If the domain is not moved from our registry to another registry when it comes time to renew the domain it will be allowed to expire. Restoring domains that have expired require payment by check to LightHouse Hostiing and are not eligible for the discount registration rates.
Phone support for expired domains of customers that have terminated their service with our company is not available. You must submit a technical support ticket to resolve your domain expiration issue.
