You should receive your Welcome Email within 24 hours, typically much less, of placing your order. Please read it carefully and save it for your records as it contains several important pieces of information.

Locate your unique access information in the "Login Information" section of your email. This section includes your User ID, Password, Domain Name, Temporary Site Address, FTP Hostname, and URL. You will need this information to log into your server, and to publish to your site via FTP or your publishing software. The password is not included in the welcome email sent to you. You should print out your welcome email and write the password down.

Save and protect the information in this email as you will need it to perform any type of work with your new site.
