The most common reason for your site being redirected to our parked site is a billing problem. If your account is past due and we have not received any response from you we will suspend the site, park it to our park site, and suspend your email service.

To resolve this issue log on to your account on our web site and update your payment method. When your account is cleared by billing your site will be directed back to your home page and your mail will be enabled.
