I terminated my domain but your still billing me.
The only way we will terminate a domain and remove the content from our systems is if the domain administrator completes the termination option for the hosted domain. The termination procedure can be accessed through your administrators control panel which you can log on to from our web site. We do not accept terminations by email or by phone. When the proper termination procedure is followed the billing system is automatically notified and no further billing will be done.

This procedure is required by our policy to protect our customers. We would not allow unauthorized individuals to terminate anyones account simply by sending an email or by a phone message.
