Due to a configuration error when the new help desk system was deployed users that sent email to our support email address in the past few months received a ticket notification for support issues that were already closed. This issue has been rectified and the notices should be ignored.

At 0700 EST LightHouse Hosting went live with its newest help desk application. This help desk application improves the users experience, provides for better tracking and trending, is easier to use, and has a Live Chat feature.
